i just had the best egg white proatmeal in mah life. omg. i felt like i needed to share this recipe for y’all so here you go enjoy c:

ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 scoop protein powder (i use cellucor’s peanut butter marshmallow)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter ( i use justin’s maple almond butter)
  • 1 packet truvia
  • pinch of salt

ok so what you do is pour 1/2 cup oatmeal into a big bowl (and when i say big i mean big ok this oatmeal will be HUGE) with the 1 1/4 cups water and microwave for 1:30. stir in 1/4 cup egg whites, and microwave for another minute (make sure it doesnt overflow!) now add the protein powder, truvia, salt, and mix. top with sliced banana and peanut butter. now DEVOUR. i can guarantee that you will be sitting there eating this for like 20 minutes. holy volume

ok with my ingredients it comes out to 497 cals, 58g carbs, 13g fat, and 40g protein
